The Cehtl Law Firm was founded by Attorney-at-Law, Ms. Nataša Cehtl, who is a member of the Bar Association of Slovenia, of the Association of Business Economics Lawyers of Slovenia and international associations of business economics lawyers. Ms. Cehtl is fluent in English, German and Croatian and is engaged in corporate, international, contract and company law, corporate counsel, labour, tax, public and property law in particular. Her broad knowledge, extensive and top quality work experience as well as commitment to her profession enables her to perform top quality and complex legal procedures for legal entities in the shortest time. During her studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor, she was awarded a grant by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia, where she gained employment after her graduation as an Adviser Inspector, followed by a Senior Advisor position at the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Matters for legal matters and European and national calls for tenders. Later on, she was also employed as the Head of the Legal and Human Resources Department of the Joint Municipal Administration of the Lower Podravje Region Municipalities and Head of the Legal Department in Gradis skupina G d.d. After that, she was also employed as a Counselor Specialist for corporate and civil matters with the Chamber of Crafts and Small Business of Slovenia. Since 2011, she has been engaged in the provision of attorney services, initially as part of a major law firm and subsequently in her own law firm.
